Intake & Screening
Detailed intake and screening to obtain pertinent information regarding potential clients. Use of your screening sheet or mine.

Initial Claims
Know from the start what is pending for your client. I am proficient in filing Title II and Title XVI disability claims. Standard packages for initial claim filing includes concurrent applications and disability report. Premium initial claim packages include concurrent applications, disability report and work history report. These can be customized to fit YOUR needs and requirements.

Appeals
I file all levels of appeals (reconsideration, hearing and Appeals Council). Updated treatment information is obtained to ensure SSA has the necessary data to make a decision. All appeals are completed online, if allowed. Otherwise, a paper appeal will be completed.

Medical Record Updates/Requests & File Review
Hearing scheduled? Let me handle the leg-work and update the case for you. I will contact your client to obtain updated treatment information and send requests for the records accordingly.

I was born and raised in upstate New York and moved to Augusta, GA in 2005. I enjoy keeping busy while also making family time a priority. I enjoy my work and meeting new people. My biggest hobby is reading as I feel it broadens the mind.
